Capital Power Systems Ltd. - one of the conglomerate companies of "CAPITAL" group incorporated & promoted by Mr. Dinesh Chand Gupta, Mr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta and Mr. Pawan Bansal in 1988 is engaged in the manufacturing of "CAPITAL' brand Single Phase & Three Phase High Precision kwh Electro-mechanical and Static Energy Meters of various current ratings and Moulded Engineering Plastic Meter Boxes for housing Energy Meters, at its modern and well equipped factory at NOIDA.
"CAPITAL" make Energy Meters and Meter Boxes, conforming to customer's specifications, have been developed after laborious tests and field study. Apart from being compact, elegant in design, simple in construction, they offer the twin objectives of accuracy, durability and are comparable to the equivalent products of international repute.

The High Precision Electro-mechanical Energy Meters are 'ISI' marked and fully conform to IS : 13010: 1990 & IEC : 60521.
The High Precision Static Energy Meters are 'ISI' marked and fully conform to IS: 13779 : 1999 & IEC : 61 036.
Moulded Engineering Plastic Meter Boxes fully conform to IS : 14772 : 2000 and other relevant specifications.
"CAPITAL" make Energy Meters and Meter Boxes are manufactured using state of the art and modern manufacturing facilities, which include completely dust proof & air-conditioned environment, software calibration of static / electronic energy meters, 20 KVA capacity constant voltage / constant frequency power source to energize the automatic & computerised test benches with error display and print-out facility, imported computerised coil winding machines & fully automatic CNC injection moulding machines for in-house moulding for in-house moulding of polycarbonate / engineering plastic meter casings and meter boxes.
